If we determine that there is a potential for success, we work closely with the candidate to help ensure that all parties have all the information they need to make informed decisions. We take care to ensure that the candidate understands the culture of the organization and the function and responsibilities of the position. We manage candidate expectations and fully and frankly address possible objections.
